They were always very polite and they worked VERY hard to get me into the vehicle of my choice. I never felt pressured and everything went the way I wanted! I left with the best possible deal in my eyes and they went out of their way and I believe they didn't make much, if any, out of the sale. It wasn't your typical sales experience... I liked it!

a wonderful experience - and I love my new car. I did not feel pressured to buy in any way. Ryan knew from my on line choices what I was looking for. We scheduled a visit and he had 3 different cars for me to try out. He listened to me very carefully and did not try to talk me into anything.

John O'Connor was outside assisting people. He was extremely helpful and courteous when I spoke to him. He showed me the vehicle and within a week my husband and I returned to purchase a 2010 hybrid. Ownership paper dating was a problem. Garage Service staff are outstanding. I would ask for John when I buy my next car. He is a gentleman and knows his vehicles.
