Once every 3 months, Bill Dube Ford hosts a New Vehicle Owner Clinic for customers who have recently purchased a new Ford from Bill Dube Ford. This is an opportunity for the new owners to fully familiarize themselves with their new Ford. Ford Certified technicians and members of our service management team will be on hand to answer your questions.

Why Attend the New Vehicle Owner Clinic?

You are introduced to our Parts and Service Management team and Ford Certified Technicians who provide information and answer questions relating to your new vehicle operation. You'll meet our Customer Service Specialist who is responsible for providing customer care and support. You will be familiarized with routine maintenance schedules, and have a better understanding of how your new Ford functions. We will connect a Ford to the latest scan tool giving you a better idea of today's technology in a live demonstration. Our certified technicians will be available to show and explain vital systems and components of your vehicle.

We discuss safety-related items, your warranty, extended service coverage, our dealership facilities and equipment, special service tips, importance of genuine Ford parts, and what to do when you need service.

The New Vehicle Owner Clinic will be held on Tuesday May 1, 2012 at 6:00pm at the Bill Dube Ford Quick Lane. There will be food and beverages as well as a great prize!
